Who are we?
Welcome To The City Inc. was founded in 1992 as a destination management company. In 2008, the company launched its online business directory, WTTC.com, and in 2010 it initiated its popular Connect in the City program. Welcome To The City, Inc. is a private company owned by Andrew Maxwell and Randy Markus.
