Instead of our customary Q&A, we’ve decided to post this video, featuring Toronto event planner, Ann Henhoeffer. Ann goes “back to the basics” to talk about what attracted her to event planning and demonstrates how solid organization, project management and interpersonal skills can lead to career success.

Lindsay Pellegrino is the co-founder and event producer at Just Perfect Event Planning, a full service event planning company based in Los Angeles, CA. Savvy, sharp and talented, Lindsay parlayed a background in film and television into event planning. Her company is now recognized as one of the hottest event planning companies in Los Angeles.
We were really impressed by a series of videos that Lindsay produced for About.com and thought that anyone that organized deserves to be profiled! We recently sat down with her to talk about the qualities and challenges of being a “perfect” event planner.
